About Catherine Castle

Award-winning author Catherine Castle is a romance author and poet. Under her real name, Catherine worked as a freelance writer and has  over 600 non-fiction articles to her credit in the secular and Christian market. Her work has appeared in Cincinnati Magazine; Inspire Cincinnati Magazine; Community Press newspapers (news, features, fashion, profiles, advertorials, travelogues); Prime Edition (senior publication); The Herald Press Journal; Southeast Lookout; Scripture Press (Real Time); Kid’s Copy; Standard Publishing (Live Wire, The Lookout, Sunday School curriculum); Newsletters (RWA chapters, Queen City Writers Club, Greater Cincinnati Christian Writers Fellowship;, ID theft booklet for Financial/Moneymall, Inc.

Her poetry has appeared in Uplifting Romance; Enchanting Words, vol 1; Enchanting Words, vol 2; A Different Drummer and two self-published poetry chapbooks.

Catherine also coauthors plays, skits, and books with her husband. Together they have written a musical drama, nine skits, two plays, several books, and an interactive Christmas production. Six of these dramas have been produced by area churches. Their radio drama “A Bride for Momma” placed in the top six of the WVXU Radio Station’s 2003 Radio Drama contest.
